Active Ingredient per Serving (0.9ml / ~20 drops): Melatonin 3 mg.
Other Ingredients: Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Fructose, Xylitol, Organic Cane Alcohol (6%), Natural Flavours, Potassium Sorbate (as preservative), Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Lemon Oil.

Shake well before each use. For adults only, take approximately 1/4 teaspoon (~20 drops) just prior to bedtime. Can be taken directly or added to a non-alcoholic beverage. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
