At Larkshall, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and provide reliable tracked delivery within the United Kingdom and internationally.
UK Delivery
Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed before 11am on Saturday are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sunday, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working dispatch day.

Most UK orders arrive within 1–2 days after dispatch. In some cases, couriers may deliver on Sundays depending on location and operational schedules.

All international orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Delivery to Collection Points
In some cases, delivery carriers may redirect a parcel to a nearby post office, parcel shop, or collection point if delivery to the address is not possible.
This is determined by the delivery carrier and local depot procedures and is outside of our control.
If your parcel has been redirected, the courier will usually provide a notification card, email, or tracking update with instructions on where it can be collected.
If you are unsure where your parcel has been delivered, please contact us and we will do our best to help locate the shipment using the tracking information.
Taxes & Duties
For UK orders, all applicable taxes are included in the product price.
For international orders, taxes and import duties are not collected by Organic Bargains at checkout.
We aim to ship most international orders using delivery methods where duties and taxes are prepaid where possible. However, in some cases local customs authorities may apply import taxes, duties, or handling fees when the parcel enters the destination country.
These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient if applied.
Such cases are uncommon but may occur depending on the country’s import regulations.
