Active Ingredients per 20ml Serving: Iron (from Ferrous Gluconate) 15mg (107% NRV), Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid) 16mg (20% NRV), Vitamin B1 (Thiamin Hydrochloride) 1.6mg (145% NRV), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin 5'-Phosphate Sodium) 1.8mg (129% NRV), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 0.8mg (57% NRV), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 1.2µg (48% NRV).
Proprietary Blends per 20ml: Aqueous Herbal Extract (10.8ml) from Carrot Root, Nettle Leaf, Spinach Leaf, Couch Grass Rhizome, Fennel Fruit, Brown Alga, Roselle Flower. Fruit Juice Concentrate & Juice Blend (5.8ml) of Pear, Grape, Blackcurrant, Blackberry, Cherry, Orange, Red Beet, Lemon.
Other Ingredients: Carob Extract, Aqueous Yeast Extract, Honey, Rosehip Juice Concentrate, Wheat Germ Extract, Natural Flavours, Apple Extract.

Adults & children over 12: 10ml twice daily.
Children 6-11 years: 10ml once daily.
Children 3-5 years: 5ml once daily.
Take approximately 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after for optimal absorption. Shake well before use. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within the advised timeframe.
