Shake gently before use. Hold 15-20cm from clean, dry skin. Spray 5-10 times onto the desired area (e.g., legs, feet, or torso). Gently massage into the skin until absorbed. Can be used morning or evening. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin. For new users, begin with a smaller number of sprays.
