1. As a Pre-Wash Treatment:
   Warm 2–3 teaspoons of oil and massage gently into scalp and hair.
   Leave for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deeper nourishment.

   Apply a few drops to damp or dry ends to smooth and protect.

Use 1–3 times per week depending on your hair type and needs.
